- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible. Went with my spouse to file our taxes. The gentleman assisting us wouldn't even look at us when he spoke to us. Hardly any communication on his part. When did speak he would talk to the computer instead of us. Worst experience ever. I do not know for sure if this the norm for this company, but will not be testing that theory any time soon.!By Bryon Bartlett, April 02, 2017
